In August, our social team tripled 2022’s average monthly likes and had a 60% uptick compared with 2021. Our engagement rate per impression on posts was 7.8% on average across all platforms. What started years ago as simply an effort to avert traffic snarls has turned into positive, upbeat coverage each fall across Pittsburgh media.
