Studio portrait services will be unavailable from June 1 through August 31 and will resume on Thursday, September 3. 

Photoshoot Request Form

Submit your request using your pitt.edu email address. Completed photos will be delivered to your Microsoft OneDrive account.

Things to Consider Before requesting, think about how your photo project fits strategically:

  • How will the photos be used, and do they align with Pitt's strategic goals and brand guidelines?
  • Is the subject newsworthy, and does it have potential for broader use (social media, news releases, web, print, displays, etc.)?
  • How can the shoot be framed for strongest impact? Action-oriented or context-rich photos (e.g., a professor conducting research) tend to be more versatile than ceremonial ones (e.g., an awards presentation).

Photo/Video Consent/Release for Large Groups and Events

The Photographic Permission Release Announcement Poster grants us permission to use photos or videos of the participants in your event or gathering for specific purposes, such as marketing, social media, or publications. It ensures that participants understand how the images will be used, and by participating in the event, they are giving their consent.
