Adding New Site Editors

  1. The new user must first log in to CampusPress at https://web.pitt.edu/wp-admin using Pitt Passport in order to create an account.
  2. Once the user account exists in the CampusPress network, the site owner should navigate to Dashboard > Users > Add User and enter the new user's Pitt username.
  3. Enter their Pitt Passport email address.
  4. Assign the user the role of Editor.

    NOTE: If the user already has a CampusPress account in another site, the site owner may begin with Step 2 above.
